I am a fully qualified massage therapist with ITEC diplomas in Holistic Massage, Hot & Cold Stone Massage, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Anatomy & Physiology, Business Awareness & Ethical Practice and recognised certificates in Maternity Reflexology, Indian Face Massage and Thermo-auricular Therapy. I am fully insured and am a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists, FHT.

I live in the South West in Devon and my clinic is based at the Exeter Natural Health Centre in Queens Walk - between Queen Street and Gandy Street - right in the heart of the city.

I take an holistic approach with all of the therapies that I perform. This emphasises the link between physical health and psychological, emotional and spiritual well-being. All aspects of your health and lifestyle are considered and homecare advice is given to ensure that you gain the maximum benefit from my treatments.

Complementary therapy is for everyone.

I can offer a range of therapies including Swedish massage, aromatherapy, reflexology including maternity reflexolgy, hopi ear candles, and indian face massage. I also make very special aromatherapy creams for your skin and face.

My therapies can help with all sorts of health problems such as parkinsons disease, pain, backache, diarrhoea, piles, anxiety, heartburn, anaemia, constipation, gestational diabetes, carpal tunnel syndrome, digestive and appetite problems, ME, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, fatigue, tiredness, IBS, irritable bowel syndrome, pelvic floor problems and headaches. I am especially interested in maternity reflexology and I have found from from experience that reflexology in maternity is very beneficial for preventing and managing many of the common conditions and ailments associated with pregnancy including morning sickness, pre-eclampsia, fatigue, tiredness, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, piles, anxiety, heartburn, anaemia, constipation (as might be caused by iron tablets) and gestational diabetes. Reflexology is also a powerful tool during labour and helps with relaxation, managing fear and pain, regulating contractions and general wellbeing.

I give treatments in my treatment room or at your home in Dawlish, Teignmouth, Exminster and the West Bank Practice, Exeter, Newton Abbot, Chudleigh, Ide, Bovey Tracy and surrounding areas of Devon.
